SERVICER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

No Contact Program

Genworth Mortgage Insurance attempts to locate and call a list of Borrowers, supplied by Servicer, with whom the Servicer has not made contact. Call may result in:
  • Warm Transfer – Genworth representatives transfer the borrower to the servicer
  • Full Workout Package collection – Genworth attempts to obtain a full workout package on behalf of the servicer.

Document Follow-Up Program

Expedite the collection of overdue documents for quick loss mitigation resolution. Genworth Mortgage Insurance will assist your loss mitigation department by contacting your Genworth-insured borrowers with incomplete workout packages.

Door Knock Program

Genworth Mortgage Insurance will collaborate with you and a third party vendor to make face-to-face contact with delinquent borrowers that the servicer has been unable to contact. Genworth will reimburse the servicer for the cost of the door knock.

Other Programs
