Genworth announces updates and revisions to our Servicer Delegated Workout Program parameters, effective May 22, 2013. These guidelines supersede those published June 16, 2011. Genworth Announces Delegation to GSEs to Streamline Short Sales and Deeds-in-Lieu
As of November 1, Genworth Mortgage Insurance will provide delegated authority to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for short sales and deeds-in-lieu under guidelines recently released by the GSEs under the direction of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).
